USB Stick GPS Dongle Receiver

USB Stick GPS Dongle Receiver

The 100ND GPS stick is a highly sensitive GPS receiver that is ideally suited for use with laptops, notebooks, tablets and UMPC devices.

Low power consumption and a highly sensitive built-in GPS antenna makes acquiring even the weakest of satellite signals not a problem. Satellite-based augmentation systems, such as WAAS and EGNOS are supported for even greater accuracy.

Get great GPS performance even without utilizing the included USB extension cable. You can plug this directly into your notebook, laptop or tablet, as many USB GPS dongles on the market require that you use a USB extension cable to extend the GPS receiver away from the host device so that a GPS position fix can be obtained.  Notebooks, laptops and tablets produce such a high level of electrical interference that it usually weakens any GPS signal within close proximity of a GPS receiver.  But not so with this USB GPS Dongle!  The built-in antenna with factory tuned RF circuitry, blocks unwanted interference and allows this GPS device to quickly obtain GPS position fixes without the need to extend the GPS receiver away from the host device via the USB extension cable.

The USB GPS Receiver Dongle is compatible with just about any GPS mapping or navigation software on the market that complies with NMEA standards.
