Depth Range and Flasher
Feature
GARMIN's easy-to-use menus make it simple
to adjust the Depth Range. This screen
shows the user manually adjusting the
range to the 50-foot scale. At the right
of the LCD is GARMIN's unique Flasher
feature which displays real-time sonar
for easy target detection. |

High-Resolution Screen
with See-Thru™ Technology
The FishFinder 240 Blue incorporates a
high-resolution, 240 x 240 pixel screen
for superior clarity. This four-level,
grayscale screen combined with our See-Thru
technology displays subtle targets,
easily distinguishing fish from
thermoclines and structure. GARMIN's
software allows you to customize your
screen to display digital information
such as depth, speed, and temperature in
large, easy-to-view boxes. |

|
Depth Line
Our Depth Line makes pinpointing fish
depths easy. Just move the line up or
down to meet targets (fish symbol option
includes digital depth next to them).
This is also a great feature for ensuring
that your downrigger balls keep bait in
the stike zone. Simply match the Depth
Line to the balls' sonar return to know
the exact depth of your baits. |

Adjustment Bar
All GARMIN fish finders allow direct
access to the most commonly changed
settings such as Depth Range, Gain (sensitivity),
and Zoom. Simply highlight the desired
feature on the top left Adjustment Bar
and press enter. An easy-to-understand
scale pops up for adjustment.
Alternatively, use GARMIN's Auto Settings
for fast, hands-off results. They're so
goodjust turn your fish finder on
and go! |

Zoom Scale
When the fish are holding tight to the
bottom, use the FishFinder 240 Blue's
Zoom feature to find them. The 2x or 4x
zoom on a full or split screen (shown) is
the perfect setting to use. |
