MapSource MetroGuide U.S.A. CD ROM
The MapSource MetroGuide U.S.A. CD-ROM contains the electronic
equivalent to paper maps and represents the same information
found on MetroGuide cartridges. MetroGuide U.S.A. includes trip
and waypoint management functions that allow you to transfer
waypoints, routes, and tracks between your PC and nearly all
GARMIN GPS units while viewing detailed maps on your PC screen.
With a map download-compatible GARMIN GPS, MetroGuide U.S.A. will
also allow you to load map detail, addresses, business listings,
and points of interest from any region in the continental United
States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. MetroGuide U.S.A. data is easily
transferred from a personal computer to select Garmin GPS units
by simply inserting a blank or pre-programmed GARMIN data
cartridge, selecting a desired location, and downloading the
data. You'll see details like the locations of restaurants,
banks, gas stations, and tourist attractions, plus much more.
And, you can use your GPS to look up street addresses, points of
interest and more and navigate to them with the help of on-screen
arrows and street-level detail. You'll be able to drive to any
city address contained in our huge database using an electronic

MapSource Canada MetroGuide w/ Road & Rec CD ROM
The MapSource Canada MetroGuide with Roads & Recreation
CD-ROM includes trip and waypoint management functions that allow
you to transfer waypoints, routes, and tracks between your PC and
nearly all GARMIN GPS units. This product contains a complete map
of Canada with provincial or state highways, controlled-access
highways, primary roads in major cities. The Roads &
Recreation portion of this product contains residential street
level detail for Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa. It also
contains detailed shoreline of lakes, rivers, reservoirs, etc. In
addition to the road and lake details provided above, within the
areas of Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa, the MetroGuide
portion of this product will provide points of interest,
including food and drink, lodging, attractions, shopping,
emergency services and much more. Additionally, address lookup
capability is available once downloaded to a compatible GARMIN
GPS. These functions are only compatible with the eTrex Vista,
eTrex Legend, eMap, StreetPilot, StreetPilot III, ColorMap and
GPSMAP 295. Canadian MapSource CD ROM downloads are limited to a
maximum of 32 MB. Map download specifications: MetroGuide map
detail can be downloaded to the StreetPilot, StreetPilot
ColorMap, StreetPilot III, eTrex Vista, eTrex Legend, eMap and
GPSMAP 295 which require a GARMIN data card. Roads and Recreation
map detail can be downloaded to the GPS III+, GPS 12Map, NavTalk,
